About Iowa State Home Inspections

Iowa State Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated home inspection company located in the greater Des Moines area. You will work directly with me, Dave Reynolds.

I started my inspection business in 2002. As I began working with different real estate agents and home buyers, I discovered that there was a definite need for a quality home inspector to represent the Iowa home buyer. Iowa State Home Inspections is certified by The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). We are independent; having no outside influences. We only work for you and your family. We follow the Standards of Practices set by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.nachi.org).
